EPM is an agency not an AMP.  I define an AMP as a walk-up place.  EPM requires screening and an appointment.  

There is always the Race St AMP row in the 1200 block.  There are 3 in a row.  With another 2 within a block.  With an really big parking lot near by and usually available street parking if you can parallel park.  I know of 2 New Star and Pink that offer true Nuru slippy slides in the shower room.  Both have 2 shower rooms, Nuru requires a longer time in the shower room.   There are another 3-5 spas within walking distance a few blocks away.  

As far as the best?  You can always do the quick line up tour of each and go back and pick the gal you like, the most.  As a general rule of thumb, the older ones usually are more willing to do things that the younger ones aren't or they will want a much larger tip  (of course there are exceptions).   You're also more likely to have a "I am getting milked like a cow, experience from an older more jaded AMP lady, Moo!".
