I am a newbie at this FBSM thing. I have gone to one AMP, and it was not a great experience. A very average looking lady gave me a decent massage for 40 minutes then finished with an HE. So, would that be considered a FBSM? Should it have been more interactive? I'm now curious given some of the stuff I've read here.
The "F" in FBSM is for "full", and that is a euphemism for your cock, basically.
Any FBSM mean that you get a massage back and front finished with a hand job.
Anything else from having the massesuse be topless or naked all the way to FS is negotiated as an extra.

there are many options for massage.
most ladies will NOT OFFER FS or BJ with these services.
the "real" FBSM ladies i know (myself included) offer just about everything except FS/BJ.
it is often described as an experience wholly devoted to you and your relaxation.
usually included with FBSM ladies: MSOG, DATY, LFK (some DKF depending on the lady), FBSM (full body rub, not always by a CMT tho some are CMTs. if u want a CMT style massage i suggest just getting a legit one) as well as hot showers and fresh linens.

Frankly, Mila's point about the emphasis on the S in FBSM is appealing to me. Kissing would seem to enhance the experience. Wow, a lot of responses to a pretty simple question so as you can see, the answer is it depends. As someone stated below, it's a good thing there are all types out there because no one seems to have the same interruption, their answers are usually driven by their own experiences in live.
I am new to this site and to the hobby and naive about all the acroynms regarding providers, however there is one thing I am certain, I have more that 25 years of experience receiving all kinds of various services in more countries around the world than I feel like listing here. So, based on real experience all over the US, and all over Asia, South America, etc., here are some things you can expect:
If you go to an AMP, you can be certain you will have a massage (good or bad) and you will get a HJ (good or bad). Many AMP's have a Table Shower which for a long time when I was younger and more strapped for cash, I thought was a creative way for the Asian ladies to give me a shower to draw down time on the clock so they have to spend less time giving me a massage. So, I said no thanks, I have already had a bath. lol. Well, I can tell you if the lady is good, the table shower is extremely enjoyable as well so if hey have one at their facility, don't pass it up. Now, I visit an AMP probably at least once a week and I have picked out some that I am comfortable with and once they see you come back a few times, they start to open up more and more until it isn't long they are calling you and treating you like a VIP. This is important because a lot of things are about trust and being comfortable. Once they know you are ok, nice (make sure you are nice as they are people too), "safe", won't cause them problems, etc., they become much more open. This can have a big impact on what services are available, both on and off the menu.
It is important to understand the reason I say that all of the responses to your question are right and all are wrong. Unless you visit the exact same girl each time, I can guarantee you that even if you visit the same AMP but a different girl, you will receive a different service each time. The minimum you will receive is the full massage and HJ. I have had everything from some that are cold and stiff, give you the basics and are not enjoyable all the way to the other exterme of everything except the backdoor. Getting Prostate massage, rimming, BJ without cover, while letting my fingers or tongue do the walking anywhere I want and then full entry with shot and no cover.
There is no way to know unless you get the same girl because the place has rules, the ladies have rules, whatever you want probably is not on the menu of an AMP but you can get anything if the ladies feel comfortable, you are nice to them, talk to them, laugh with them, etc. Just like the ton of differing responses to your question here, if you and I were to separately visit the same lady, at the same AMP, pay the same amount for legit massage, and all conditions were the same, we would most likely not receive the same exact service.
So, the moral of the story, realize when you walk in that you may get the basic or you may click and have the right one and be the lucky winner of trip for two to ecstasy land. Be nice, be clean, be interested, be seen there on several occassions to relax all ladies there and the biggest secret of them all at an AMP, before and after your lady appears, you will deal with mama-san (the older lady in charge, she will most likely collect your massage fee and see how long you want), the trick is to make her feel good. She sees guys streaming in and out all day long for their massages and drolling over the ladies but mama-san is usually almost grandma age and certainly doesn't get the same type of attention. It makes them feel really good if you jokingly flirt with them a little. Nothing sick and nothing real agressive, just a few comments sometimes to make them smile. When times are alittle slower for mama-san and you may have to wait for a girl, just chit chat with mama-san. You will be amazed that she will be pulling all the girls to bring in and let you review and pick one. Ask mama-san for her recommendation and tell her what you are looking for, young / older, big boobs, small boobs, etc. Tell mama-san that she knows you are safe so you want her to tell the girls that you are a regular and to take good care of you. It is wonderful when the girls come in and say, mama-san knows you for a long time and told me you are very special. This means for whatever options may become available this time, your chances of maximizing them just skyrocketed.
Just go in with an attitude that if you get a good table shower, good massage and good HJ, everything will be good and everything else is added benefit. Their rules won't allow anything more but you can ultimately do anything when the conditions are right. I get pretty much full service or very close to it almost everytime, even with girls I have never seen and even when it is a new mama-san. You will just learn to be confident and knowledgeable and you will be all set.

Having been to many many AMPs (and All American MPs), and having visited many indies thru out the country I concur with the simple fact that there is no strict definition of FBSM in the sense that every women is going to be different (Thank God for that!) in their methodology.
I have some bad experiences at AMPs, AAMPs, and with some indies. But most of the experiences I have had have been good; some have been great, and a few have been incredible! And there has been no detectable pattern, just luck of the draw. Of course, when you find a great one you always want to go back! I currently visit one lady as often as I can, as our experiences together have been transcending.
But I would certainly like to visit the two women, Olivia & Mila, that were so passionate about their practice on this thread. They must be doing something really good, and I know I would enjoy being massaged by either of them!
