The city of Providence passed a very restrictive ordinance related to body works and used it to shut down all of the AMPs inside city limits.  Pawtucket AMPs are still operating, but the town officials have strongly encourage through LE that they get out of town.  Other cities have followed the Providence model and shut down all MPs where they were not licensed.  I understand that getting a license is next to impossible for an Asian establishment.  My ATF was at one of the Pawtucket AMPs and she left town and I believe returned to Korea.  Hope this helps
