Have you ever gotten your chest or stomach area massaged at an AMP?  For some reason, the ladies skip these parts.  Maybe it would make the session go over an hour, so they leave it out.

Would it be out of line to ask for that?

we were taught to START the massage with the client facing upwards lol

but in fbsm, I dont, but we were trained on how to massage the neck, shoulders, chest and yes the stomach... oh and the ear lobes

massaging the stomach is VERY good for you for relaxing and digestive purposes

I personally have no issues doing it

and some non-AMP massage places also do it, but it is not SOP at AMPS.

However, I began a long lived relationship with one particular gal at an AMP, and she was a wiz at massaging each and every spot of my body.

The problem is that the gals at most AMPs think the customer is only really interested in the sex, and truth be told, they are probably correct.

However, it never hurts to ask.  Whether they know how to massage the front is another story.

I might feel a self-conscious if I am laying on my back getting my front massaged before the ST sporting wood though.

I don't think you're out of line to ask that.
