In my experience it seems that 90% of AMP have the typical HE but I have never had anything more. What do you think the percentage is for FS?

Sometimes that is seeing them 3 to 4 times.

 
Sometimes I've had to see them for over a year.

 
There is a lot of variation out there.

If you're a regular and find your provider attractive, I'd just ask if that's on the menu. Always look for reviews and see if there's buzz about the AMP spot rather than just hoping to get the right sign.

It’s Usually A Regional/Jurisdictional Thing

Here in the Washington DC area there are counties where the FS option is rare (near 0%) and other counties where it’s pretty common (over 75%). There is a review site dedicated to massage parlors that will give you all the intel you need on what’s available and where. It’s not cheap though. Sign up for a month, educate yourself then cancel.

Absent info from others, as has already been said here, if you’re a regular, just ask.

There are places that only provide FS

But you have to know how to find them.  
There are sites dedicated to only AMPs and their offerings. I'd start there.
