1) We have one along with a series of google groups and had several on MSN back in the day. However for us they are part of our SEO marketing stratagem since their direct marketing value is negligible at best. It seems they are more successful for those who market to those not in our target audience.

3)  Are they relevant? In the big picture industry wise I would say no. The time spent vs booking results ratio is way too low. However, I'm sure there are individuals who swear by it.

Many of the groups are private and by invite only. I suggest that you see some ladies and post some reviews.

I did not realize you were a provider/agency. When you get well know in the community with reviews you might get some invites. I see reviews of your friends but not you yet.
