That's not always known when one is browsing.

Plus, he's looking for recommendations.  If I knew of someone to recommend in Hagerstown, what good is to me or him if I know what day he wants?  Once he finds someone he'd like to see, he can work that part out with her.

And sending a message out like: "Anyone available in Hagerstown on May 20 around 2:00 for 1 hour," isn't going to get many replies from anyone except someone who's available at that specific time
