Alias or not, seems like a straight forward question.
There is not a hotel attached to the casino and that probably is one reason you do not get the same Vegas patrols.
Stay with trusted and reviewed agencies/Independants and that will take you a long way with regards to safety. Fort Lauderdale Escort Agency and Desireable Companions (altough apparently they are no longer taking new clients; I heard this second hand) are two reliable agencies.
