SO limp French & other activities after prostate cancer surgery - 9/21 in DC/BWI

I had surgery for prostate cancer four months ago and, although I'm otherwise fully recovered, my doctor tells me it will be at least a few more months before I get full erections again.  I do still have orgasms which feel just as great as ever, but I don't ejaculate and can only have an erection sufficient for FS with a vacuum pump and a cock ring.

I'm looking for an understanding provider in the DC suburbs/Columbia/BWI area on Friday, September 21 with great reviews, great oral skills, and experience with (or enthusiastic willingness to learn) BBBJ with men in my situation followed by pump assisted FS and possibly BBJCIM (dry). Any advice or suggestions welcome.
