I am a novice hobbyist who has been to this location before. I am fearful that the providers there might have my e-mail/phone. Do they typically go after clients with these investigations? Mind you I'm no one special, not high profile in the slightest.
There are news stories about a prostitution group bust that took town a firefighter, and the location of the warehouse loft space they were operating out of sounds like the one for the girls who have been advertising on Backpage for almost a year now. I never booked with them but I considered it.
Am I right that these are one and the same?
Sorry that I know board rules prevent me from providing any more information on the news story, and I am not linking to profiles for the girls I have in mind because I don't wish to help LE or detectives find them, though they should be bright enough to have found them already.
I knew that place couldn't exist that much longer, and knew it was only a matter of time before it went down. They did things that were too obvious, and most of the locals knew about that place. All it takes is a stake out, and you can see all of the clients and workers that came in and out of that place.
You can't have a place like that inside of a neighborhood, and expect no consequences.
Its a functioning warehouse. The above level is basically like any other house, with a bathroom, a living room, and bedrooms. They keep the temperature nice and good inside there.

I sort of doubt that the FBI would be that thorough. They must have had lots of clients. Also, if you gave anyone there your email address, hopefully you used one that isn't necessarily traceable to you. Also, it doesn't look like any providers were arrested, just the firefighter and his friend.
