I have wondered the same for years.  There was one lady that would advertise for OC. But was never there, when I was. I finally figured it out that I had to establish a regular in DC, and then ask what the rate would be to outcall to OC. Which was an over night affair. Which was wonderful with someone I already knew. I took several dates to the beach over the years. Only one was a mistake. She did not like Bars, or Drinking, or Dancing. But did like expensive restaurants.  I could not drive her back fast enough the next morning.
