When we came into the market 6 years ago, we were told we'd never last,  due to our screening polices and of course I'm speaking purely hypothetically, CBJ is a good idea.  I did say, in this world 'risk' is a moving target. Fluid exchange is a public health issue (safety) and we don't know what will cum ..I mean 'come' down the pike five, ten, fifteen years from now.

* sigh *

Turns out our hypothetical was prophetic and it's only going to get worse.
