Going to becoming to Baltimore and looking for great place for raw oysters and a some what fun place.  Any suggestions on some non touristy places? Thanks for any info.

Federal Hill is a great party place with awesome bars.  Both streets on either side of Cross Street Market have really fun bars and restaurants.  If you hit up Ryleigh's then you must have an Orange Crush!  Made to order with fresh oranges and lots of vodka.  Yum.
