Saw her ad on Date Check but couldn't find anything on TER with regard to a provider with this name in Baltimore.  Looks legit but would feel better if she had some reviews.

yeah she's legit, I've seen her once... I'll post a review in the next couple of weeks, she seemed a bit new to the hobby (even though her reviews go back like 2 years) but very young and adorable (pics are real and accurate.)  Her reviews are listed in two different profiles on TER, I think one of them has 3 reviews and the other has roughly a dozen listed.  But to answer your question, yes she is legit.
