And I for one am elated! That means it is going to heat up.. And it's almost summer! Yes I am the new girl, and still adapting to my new home. So while I can assume bonfires by the river may be out of the question, I know you guys have amazing things going on here when the sun comes out to play!

So what do you enjoy during the warm months here? I LOVE concerts, and I see there are some great ones coming this way.  

I cannot WAIT to experience my very first MD/DC summer. Now excuse me while I do my happy dance

Plenty of bbqs at the park and on the water.
I love being on the boat.
Outdoor concerts.
So much to do in Maryland. Probably why as I am out of my 20s (35) I am ready to move back. :)

Sitting on my deck in the morning with a hot cup of coffee, enjoying the sunrise.

Getting in the hot car, after being in an air conditioned building all day.  The sensation of soaking up all the heat from the seat really feels good on my back.

A couple of cold beers during and after mowing the lawn.  I don't really care for beer in the winter, but it goes down smooth while working in the summer heat.

Geez, I sound old.  :-D

Nope, sounds like summer to me! ;) I'm not much for coffee after fall, but beer in the summer? Count me in! Beer AND outdoor concerts? Yes please :)
