Help! I must have VIP status to message you, but I need help being submitted as a provider, I could have sworn I signed up as a provider not 2 mins ago.

 
I'm in springfield va right now, and I am getting asked for reviews left and right. I normally don't when I'm in Rockville.  

Is there anything more I can do to get a review account set up elsewhere?
