Girl has no reviews for almost 2 years. Suddenly, a review pops up. But, reviewer has no other reviews. Fishy? Linked.

Yes, it's fishy. Plus she has a very limited review history as well.

 
As good as she looks, I'd be very hesitant. Maybe reach out to the last reviewer and check to see what the story is and if he used an alias.

 
It would be nice if we could see how long users have been members, although that alone wouldn't give me all the comfort I would need to reach out to her.
