Came across her advert, and WOW!  Called the number and left a couple messages, but no response so far.

I also did a google image search and came across an Instagram profile of a young woman who is a dancer in a club in Philly.  
 
Seems likely that this a bait-and-switch, ie, this BP advert is just using the dancer in Philly pictures.
