actually I do not overthink charging by hour after 3 hours of date.
Then it become irrelevant.
As minimum two three : or even more. and loving intimate conversations which washes away stress .. and stress does cause weight as you all know .. so just be happy and not lazy . Diet is essential .

Working out has became a commitment of mine to years ago. Weight train, Yoga, and running. It keeps the stress away, my energy up, and of course, my curves pooping where they need to be

n always say they want to tone up and tighten up and then they waste hours doing cardio and more cardio and then some more. Yes you need cardio but lifting is so much more important. Real lifting and heavy lifting. Not playing around with 5 pound Dumbbells for a year. You start out light and then keep adding. Proper form being most important.
There is a difference between cardio skinny and lifting skinny. Back squats, hack squats, deadlifts, lunges, regular squats. LOVE it. I lift first and then I do cardio. Works better for me and I am then taking energy from fat and not muscle first. It would be the opposite if I did cardio and then lifted. For cardio I run, do treadmill at varying speeds and heights, bike (upright), stairs, and elliptical. Classes: Kickboxing, hot yoga, and Body Pump and Body Combat. And in summer time I go hiking, climbing and swimming. LOVE being active.Tobi, I think many would actually enjoy that and pay well for it. I have a couple clients that pay me to just just watch me working out. LOL one guy just likes to watch me lift in the gym. He pretends to work out too. Lol he just wanders around and follows me watching me. Straight creeper but he pays well , I get a good workout in and he is VERY happy. Winning.
Once did a wrestling session with a muscle girl. She carried me around on her back, whipped me in arm wrestling, and pinned me to the mattress with her legs holding my arms down while sitting on my chest. Very powerful woman. Then she did exercises while standing over me. The sight from below while she did her squats was most excellent. That session was something different and a lot of fun.

Not an easy process and as Sidney stated, lifting weights and not as much cardio. Admittedly I am a cardio whore, I luv to get super sweaty with kick boxing or a good run, but lifting is my new thing. Always been active and in good shape eventhough my body type is NOT skinny. Not looking to be tiny either, I have curves and I am pretty firm. Some guys like curves with muscles and some don't. I think a strong woman is beautiful!
