I'll be visiting Baltimore for the first time this weekend and wanted to reach out and see some restaurant suggestions! I'm a foodie and am open to trying any cuisine.

I agree with VT that Gordon Ramsay's is a consistently good choice and you have the safety of the casino and a terrific bar staff.  If you do go downtown, I always recommend the Rec Pier Chophouse at the Pendry .  Great food and ambience along with a bit of Baltimore history if the menu strikes your fancy.  If you go, stroll out to the pool after dinner and enjoy the art, especially the horse sculpture, and water views.
