You're absolutely correct.  The issue here is what are they looking for?  We don't know.

When Eliot Spitzer was arrested, so were many others caught in the crossfire.  Do you know whom your provider has as clients?  Of course you don't.  If she sees high ranking and/or very prominent folk, they may be watching her to get to him.  Would they take the effort to watch her walk through your door?  Depending upon who he is?  Absolutely.  They have done it before . . . many times.

Providers who appear to be associated--in whatever way--with folks who sell drugs, engage in underage behavior, etc. are also watched quite closely.  It doesn't matter if your provider is 25 if she associates with underage providers or a manager who employs underage providers.  It doesn't matter who you are if they think SHE is associated with some money laundering situation.

To think that LE is somehow scared of ANY situation is insane.  LE regularly performs drug raids, enters domestic violence situations and more without knowing anything about what they're entering into.  They wear that courage with the badge of honor it deserves.  Honestly, I applaud the police.  I give to their funds every year.  They do a lot of good.

The best defense is research and acting prudently.  Know the laws in your area.  Know where the raids have been happening.   Trust your gut.  Never take anything for granted. Do NOT contract for sexual services.  It IS legal to contract for time.  When mongers send ridiculous emails detailing sexual acts, acronyms, explicit photos--even veiled references to sex, they hang themselves.  (They won't be hanging me.  I don't respond to those types of emails.)  You're very unlikely to get convicted if you contract a lady to spend TIME with her.  So says the top tier law firm I have on retainer.  (And, for the record and to all police reading this post, I only contract for time.  Check my website.  Check my posts.  I have never, nor will ever, contract for sex. I know the law.  I know my rights.  I have top-notch legal representation.)

LE will and DOES as it damn well pleases.  There are MANY out there who get to learn that the hard way.

 Be safe.

yeah...but is LE sending out an officer posed as a female escort to fake an outcall?
those drug raids and domestic situation they are bullet proofed and have a gun.

A dude doing a LE check ain't going for the girl with the wire and the gun strapped on her. Maybe she could pull off a txt msg to back-up...but that may not be an option in a dead zone.

to "set up shop", so to speak, and pose as an agency without the board eventually finding out about it ?

If one was busted by LE how hard would it be to "warn" the board about possible trap?

ANYTHING is possible!! I think it may be more trouble than it's worth for LE.  I do think it would get out pretty quickly, news travels pretty fast on the board.  Just my 2 cents...

have ladies with review from hobbyists on the boards but there are some with reviews from guys with only one review and it looks suspect.

Yuppers, LE is everywhere and sees all.  That said, Ladies...Having a full time job is a great cover.  Don't get greedy.  Pay your taxes.  Go for quality rather than quantity.  Screen his references before you contact them. As already said, do your homework.   Play safe and have fun!

Sensual and selective...xox Kay

Especially if they are high value targets, people in high status. The other reason is to show they are being tough on crime to justify vice budgets.

even though TER is only one part of the community.if it was that prevalent we would read posts about it every week.

The recent AA county stings still looked like the hooker /john type busts.

if the client is a corrupt gov official or big time gangsta boss and they know the weakness is escort....they will take advantage. Remember...Al Capone got busted of tax evasion and if they can catch you on buying escorts and pile on charges they will.

this thread put some life in the board!!  Maybe we can keep going with some new threads!!
