The 19-year-old woman was arrested in Linthicum on Tuesday night, police said. Undercover Anne Arundel County police arrested a California teen Tuesday night in Linthicum on prostitution and drug charges. She was charged with prostitution and possession of marijuana. According to a police press release, detectives were conducting an undercover operation to target prostitution at hotels in the Linthicum area at around 9 p.m. Tuesday. The investigation was launched in response to complaints of prostitution in the area of Old Elkridge Landing Road and Winterson Road. Sun was arrested as a result of the undercover operation.
Don't forget about that the article of the other dude that got busted in the parking lot a week or so ago, he was her manager, and they found a hand gun on him. Also, one client that got stop and questioned when he left a motel in BWI, land later admitted he paid a provider for sex.
Anyhow, they busted 3 providers this month. They crack down that warehouse, busted that pimp in the parking lot, stop that client when he left the hotel, and I"m sure there are more articles that they haven't published yet. All this happened in the month of July.
While they are busy controlling prostitution at BWI they are completely forgetting real crime happening around BWI. Just look at the attached map.

LE is 7 days a week. Anne Arundel County likes to make press releases on Thursday for shock and awe reasons. They make the press releases to deter hobby activity on the busiest days of the week (Friday's and Saturdays).

I remember back in 2010 when the county executive of PG county got in trouble with the FBI(cash in wife bra/etc), the PG county police had a massive crackdown on prostitution. Soon after he was indicted the police chief stepped down. The crackdown ended about 2 months later, in Feb 2011.
