I recently had full testing done at Planned Parenthood in Gaithersburg. Easy to set an appointment, in and out in less than half an hour, and 228 for the damages (they take insurance but I wasn't about to have that on my statement! Lol)
Hi my name is Rose Passion. I am an escort in Montgomery County, MD. I hate to rain on anyone parade, but I have a question. When is the last time you have been tested for HIV/AIDS? I got tested last month, and mine was negative. I feel like I have a responsibility to myself and you the community that I be tested on a regular bases. We have lots of fun here, but less make sure we are not spreading any unwanted STD'S or HIV/AIDS. DON"T FORGET GET TESTED!
I shall get off my soap box now,
Rose Passion
for posting and being responsible!
I go every three months, and just went right before Thanksgiving and was neg! Going to the clinic/ doc's office is also a good way to stock up on condoms, dental dams, FC, pocket sized lube, etc. It was hilarious as hell when the nurse asked me how many partners I had since my last test (I don't sugar coat anything and I honestly told her!) but besides that everything was OK. I have a gf/old co-worker from another job, that use to escort in the 90's and she and I make the whole ordeal a social event, we invite other friends and have lunch and she likes to post her neg status on FB! A lil over the top for me, but a very cool way to get tested, stay and be clean, and yes, be very grown up and responsible! ![]()
can you recommend some clinics in maryland for discreet testing
Sure! A quick google search is all I did, not sure of which area you are in, I go to places I know in DC mostly because it's like a place on every corner, and when you go, they report the number of ppl they help to get funding for programs and services. Planned Parenthood does testing for men and women, a lot of ppl don't know that! but there may be a small fee for STD testing. So, here's a brief list of links:
IN PG COUNTY: http://www.princegeorgescountymd.gov/Government/AgencyIndex/Health/hiv.asp?nivel=foldmenu%284%29
IN MONT. COUNTY: http://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/hhstmpl.asp?url=/content/hhs/phs/index.asp (they say they require residency proof, IDK)
IN BMORE COUNTY: http://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/Agencies/health/healthservices/hivsites.html
IN DC: http://doh.dc.gov/doh/lib/doh/services/administration_offices/hiv_aids/pdf/testingcenters_0607.pdf
From my experience, you do not need residency or an appt in any particular area to get tested, you just need your photo id. Most places have the oral swab HIV test and counseling available while some have services that will test for other STDs through urine or blood- the HIV results you should get the same day! ![]()

Given our lifestyles you should have a regular medical provider who has a regular practice with clients with high risk lifestyles. Chase-Brexton Health Services in Baltimore gets my vote.

Great post Rose! At my civvie job, I have the opportunity to
test myself for STD's whenever I want so, and being the health conscious nut I am, I usually test myself every 2 weeks..just to be on the safe side! But I applaud your responsibilty for posting this...and go ahead! Get back on that soap box and take a bow![]()
You come here you meet people, sometimes you become friends. No one wants to see their friend get sick (and sometimes die) from something that could have been prevented. Let's GET TESTED AND PLAY SAFE! I do not know all of you, but I don't want to lose not one of you to this deadly disease.
Sincerely.
Rose
.... every 3 months (rapid test with blood test) ...... but we don't HAVE to announce to the world if there's something wrong (or if everything is okay) ..... if there is something wrong then we have the responsibility to our clients to announce such and take a break or retire completely depending on the severity. You're responsible for your own sexual health. It's up to us to keep ourselves as safe as possible.
