It's strange, I just used them earlier this month and they're usually very good. I called and their phone was off. Maybe they're on radio silence for Thanksgiving and will be responding afterwards.

Quite strange. EB's web site is back on line, but still shows Ace as available although apparently she left before Thanksgiving and doesn't seem to have been replaced. They still don't respond to emails or phone calls.
