There's nothing wrong with you, and you're not alone.
I enjoy a good BJ, but unless there is additional stimulation, it generally doesn't push me over the edge. Even when it does, it's not the world-shaking experience that I get from intercourse. I certainly won't turn it down, but I won't dedicate two-thirds of my appointment time to it, either.
I've always had good luck with explaining to ladies what works for me and what doesn't. They seem to appreciate the guidance, and it's useful to have it made clear in advance that no, it's not that she's doing something wrong, I just prefer something else.
If the CIM experience is important to you, figure out what parts of it are vital, and make them happen. If you'd be happy with jerking yourself to completion while she has the head in her mouth, that's easy enough -- so long as you're not whacking her in the face on your strokes. If you would prefer she use her hands and mouth together to bring you off, that's a simple request, too.
Some ladies, for whatever reason, don't like CIM, and that's totally their right to decide it's not for them. You'll have to do your research, and find ways to ask discreetly and respectfully. Still, it's not that hard to find, at least in my experience.
