Hi all. New member here.
Wanted to get some feedback from ladies.
Whenever I make an appointment with a provider I wok myself up into such a frenzy that when it comes time for the appt I "finish" REALLY fast. Abnormally and embarrassingly fast. Sometimes, depending on the provider, this can result in getting an hour shortened to 10 minutes because of their policy on multiples.
It can get pretty frustrating but never blame the provider. I got what I paid for.
I'd like to get some opinions from some providers on how they see a man that ant hold it for more than a few "pumps". Ya it can be that bad.

Maybe you could try a little more foreplay in the beginning. This may get you some more quality time.. Good luck my friend.
Thank you. I've given that a shot before. But the second any contact is made with my groin. I lose it and have to tell her to stop for a minute so I can "calm down".
I've tried all the longevity exercises out there too to no avail. I think it's hopeless. Lol

looks like you need to see a doctor.
you could take a SSRI type drug. friend of mine was prescribed one of those medications for a gastrointestinal issue and a side effect was that he couldnt "release" during sex.
Sorry if I wasn't clear. My issue is isn't that I can't release. It's that I release way too fast. In some cases in seconds.
this medication STOPS you from releasing too soon.
maybe for some you wont at all but in your case it seems it's mental and this medicine supposedely blocks the urge.
Like I said you should see a medical professional.
But you have to be committed to the program that's laid out. Since I've gone onto these practices I've developed a greater appreciation of my senses and the sensations that I can experience. I think that most of the dissatisfaction about the hobby has to do with how a lot of hobbyists approach it, which is to rush through the sex to get some place that's really no that important.

I've thougt about this but didn't want the provider think I was trying to take advantage of her. I would love a lady that offered multiple pops but don't want to come across too aggressive with such a request.

That's my suggestion- my "mini me" is unpredictable...I've ranged from 10 minutes to 40 minutes, with the same provider
I like this idea ur I like my 60-90 min appts even more
I think I'll try what another poster suggested and find a provider that loves more foreplay. This way I can get all my time in and she'll enjoy herself too (I hope). Lol
Best starter book I have seen on developing stamina is "How To Last All Night..." by Barbara Keesling. I don't remember the entire title, but you can google it and DL for free (file-share or usenet). Awesome step-by-step guide. And yes, improving stamina works MUCH better with a willing partner!
Medically, there is a new drug called Dapoxetine, first-ever approved for pre-ejac. It is an SSRI family drug, but in addition to a very mild serotonergic effect it also stimulates other receptors responsible for the ejaculatory delay effect. Not sure if you can get your Doc to prescribe in the US, but you can easily purchase on internet.
