I have a female friend who is moving into the area and is looking for clubs to work in.
Granted there is the client side and the business side the clients can't see.
She is in her late thirties with a nice man made body is the best way to put it. 5'3 100LBS 34D's
Which clubs in the from Baltimore to Frederick, south to Annapolis should one avoid and which ones do you think are the best to work at.  I guess that measurement is done by least  amount of bitching by the girls to you.

What am I missing to help with usable answers.

Oh and no, it's not my wife, mother, sister, girlfriend, associate or Lindsay Lohan.

Personally I would avoid "The Block" (Baltimore St).  Lots of strip clubs there, with an "anything goes" reputation, but it's a pretty seedy area.  The Gentleman's Gold Club on Pulaski Highway is the only strip club in MD that I like.  Wish I could be more helpful, but it's not like Las Vegas or L.A. here.

I've heard that Scores is one of the best, but I haven't known anyone who works there, so I can't know what kind of experience it is for the workers.

I guess it depends on what she's looking for.  Scores seems to treat the girls OK.  Millstream is also pretty good and laid back.

Had friend who worked at this Block club - said it was one of the few relatively free of drugs

Oh yeah, come to think of it, I do have a friend who is a professional on the west coast who chooses the Hustler Club when she comes into town.  Must be decent.

Scores gets my vote for the best run operation.  PM if you want more info.

Gold Club is probably the best fit for the woman that you described. GC has flexible scheduling and the management is great. Millstream would also work great for her.  Hustler and Scores would be next IMO.

Scores is a good club but girls can get caddy.
