You can't please everyone all of the time.  Sometimes people just don't click.  Reflect on what you could have done differently and then move on

......to see if it's something you can fix or make up. Sometimes we (ladies) will think it went well and the guy just isn't um *insert the nice way to say scared or didn't have big enough balls lol* to give good, bad or indifferent feedback before throwing up a flaming bad review. Oh I got it.....I guess didn't want to hurt your feelings during the appt (or feared what would happened if he said something you didn't like *shrugs*). You can try to handle it with him politely or yeah just move and let other good reviews slowly but surely push it down.

Out of a dozen reviews there are two that are subpar. The one where the reviewer claims to have been ripped off is BS. The average review came from someone who has two reviews.

I just had the same thing happen to me. Got slammed big time. check out my reviews and tell me what ya think. The guy is way off base and it seems there's not a dam thing i can do.

I don't think anyone will base their decision to see / not see you based on a single review. I know I wouldn't.  If there is a long string of reviews that had the same theme - like clock watcher or cash and dash then yes that would tip the scales. IMHO situations like this are more situations where for whatever reason he didn't 'love' his time with you even though he didn't show it.. it could of been for something totally unrelated to you.. maybe he had a bad day at work and wasn't in the right mood - maybe he likes to kiss more and he didn't think you did..  I wouldn't try and 2nd guess.. just do what you do and your reviews in the long run will bear out your true quality..

Don't feel bad... I have a review from a guy I've never seen just recently posted. I have another review on my profile with an 8/8... same circumstances. For all those that have been to my in call location... Has it ever been in BWI and have I ever allowed CIM? Everyone knows that I'm a stickler about that. I'm very safety conscience as it is clearly printed on my website and my TER profile. How can people get away with never writing a review and having no credibility, yet they can have free membership and tarnish a providers reputation.

If the review is fake then contact TER to have them verify facts with the reviewer based on your input. If he can't produce they will take the review down.   Take a look at the reviewer's history. I always check on the guys other reviews to see if there is a pattern of him being an asshole.   If you have glowing reviews from those who are known in the TER community, you have no worries.

Keep doing what you are doing... and if the follow up reviews are more in line with those before it, most will disregard those which are way off the scale (In either direction)  

You do have a crappy one, and one that raises an eyebrow... Im not sure which one is the one you are talking about... but in any event not much you can do about the reviews except complain to TER and from what I hear its a toss up 50/50 the results...

I look at the average when I'm checking out a provider. I understand she may not click with one or two clients. If you have a great reputation and a host of good reviews, I just wouldn't worry about it. Most of us are reasonable and look at the whole picture.
