I have been hosting my Incall appointments at upscale hotels surrounding the Baltimore area. I would really love to have a more personal atmosphere when I am meeting with my gentlemen friends. So... I have been looking at all different types of rental properties for a place I can really make my own. The question I have is regarding location... I just want to get a little feedback from Hobbyists and Providers regarding where would be a convenient place and just your overall thoughts on the topic and taking into consideration: parking, privacy, which areas are most convenient for you access, (If you recommend anywhere within the city, Please be specific on neighborhood, I'm a suburb girl If you don't feel comfortable posting a response here please feel free to PM me.
Thank you so much for your time! It's valuable and I appreciate it!
Easy to get from and to downtown and Inner Harbor East. I-83 is easy route of ingress and egress for county residents. There are plenty of prospects with 96% of downtown apartments filled, plenty of professionals who work there, and people in town for conventions and sporting events.
I love having a discreet, private incall... the hotels were starting to give me the willies.
Great question!

I can get to the Inner Harbor easily enough, but it's easier for me to go to somewhere a little north of that. There's generally street parking, traffic isn't so bad... OK, there's less things within walking distance, but there's always the Circulator!
Neighborhoods -- Mount Vernon, Charles Village, Station North.
Hampden is considered north Baltimore. But that location may be more problematic depending on your volume of business or how long you plan to stay. It's more family oriented because the gentrification is more established. Another challenge would be the the distance from Downtown and Inner Harbor East.
