In town for a few days and nothing but rain.. Any suggestions on any museums to check out or anything to do inside I already went to the aquarium, that was nice. But now what...

I don't know where you are located but you could check out the Walters Art Museum, Science Center or the Horseshoe Casino.  They all are located in Downtown Baltimore; near or not far from the Inner Harbor.  The Walters Art Museum is free!
