I screened & visited last March w/ only p411. They don't mention that option at first so you have to ask. They don't have an agency account & were using one of their girls' accounts, which is now inactive, so the 'okay' they gave me is gone. But, they can get your info through email if you have p411 send it to them.
Their comms are probably the quickest, most clear, & friendliest I've experienced. They never leave you hanging for long. I recommend using WhatsApp.
