I have not seen her but a friend has 3-4 times.  He said she appeared to become more jaded and "hurry up and finish" with each visit.  She's also been gaining weight at a noticeable rate.

The last time he saw her (outcall to his home) he says she wanted the hat on his limpness within 3 minutes of lying down.  He cut the session short not long after and hasn't seen her since.
