I've used Carol-Assistant a few times in the past and they have been very responsive. Today (10/20) I tried to reach them by email and text and no response. Is anyone else having issues?
I sent in a request with my verification info about 7 days ago. No response. Sent an email yesterday to ask if there was a problem with what I submitted and still have not heard back. Maybe on vacation? Hopefully not closed.
They eventually got back to me, but only when I texted the particular text number associated with the girl I was interested in. Even then it took a couple of hours but all seemed normal after that.
