Some ladies prefer downtown Baltimore near the Inner Harbor as well.  That area is much nicer for shopping and sightseeing.  However parking can be difficult and much of Baltimore's money is in its suburbs, in particular the suburbs between Baltimore and DC (airport side), so it is the most convenient location for guys to not have to actually drive into the city to see you.  And then many ladies choose alternate areas entirely to avoid the heat of BWI.  But BWI is definitely the most popular.  If you're taking the Amtrak in, the train does have its own BWI stop so there's no need to even go into Baltimore proper to visit BWI.  You should still fly your ads in "Baltimore" categories even if you stay at BWI.

I've seen Providers at the Inner Harbor, Arundell Mills, Columbia and BWI. Anne Arundel County LE is patrolling.

White Marsh seems to have several Hotels, is I-95 accessible, and much closer for me. I just do not know the business enough to know if BWI and Arundel Mills are needed by providers due to the DC proximity and greater number of potential clients.
