So I've tried for a few weeks to meet with Breezy from Baltimore, and she either fails to respond or cancels at the last minute.  She just keeps asking for money for content, which she only half-delivers.  I know we all have our own demons, but this is a bit much.  From what others have said on different sites, the photos are more-or-less accurate, and she used to be more reliable.  So unfortunate that she's fallen by the wayside.  

At first I thought she might be scared so offered to meet just for food or something (in addition to a donation), but so far she hasn't bit.
