The majority of my experiences are BP have been pretty good. Providers on other sites do the same thing. The lady made a big deal telling to make the appointment on time and work with her. Waiting 1/2 hour was more than enough time.

Some of the bp ladies have no idea on how providing good service can be a good investment return. There have been some BP providers that I have seen 10 or more times.
