I have never been one to celebrate my own birthday - but as the years pile up and no one else seems to give a hoot, i figure i might as well at least mark the day and try and do something different.

This year i had planned to go skydiving. But the date has snuck up on me (next wednesday) so that wi have to wait until next year.

So - any suggestions? I might just wind up hobbying with one of the great local ladies around Baltimore - or i might go out and play 18 holes at a really nice course.

Who has some other ideas for me

They have golf, a spa, and a restaurant. See if any ladies would be interested in doing an all day date. Some even run birthday promotions.

.........your own plane?

Take a Discovery Flight!  They usually last about an hour to an hour and a half, and yes, you will pilot the plane along with the instructor.  Most aircrafts are starters: Cessna 172's.  You can even bring a guest for an additional fee.

I provided a link to one of the best in the area, and one that I have personally used.

Hugs and Happy Birthday!

Any ladies have a decent golf game?

That would be a fun round: 18 holes of "foreplay."

She's right.  Flying a light aircraft is a real hoot.  I bought a used and rather old aircraft, patched it up and learned to fly.  There SIMPLY IS NO FEELING quite like it.  One problem you will have that I didn't in west Texas is that the sky is pretty busy around here so finding a quiet area where you can just cut loose won't be easy.

GO FOR IT !!!!
