My observation is that there are very few ladies using TER in Baltimore vs other cities. The last lady I met here actually lives in PA.  On the other hand there are many seemingly attractive ladies on backpages with rates often at a fraction of TER reviewd girls. Why don't they migrate to TER world? Lack knowledge?Non Gfe? Don't meet TER requirements? Basically in spite of TER the market remains inefficient.  How can we drive better mutually beneficial safe  discovery on this market?

That is the thing we need to do. Also keep in mind many of the locals want a quick buck. They don't want to spend the and investment on their site and in ter. Their market is limited resulting in below market rates. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Yeah man, BP in Baltimore is felted, it's been drying up steadily for 4-5 mos,, take a look at Phila,, much better. Has to be LE influence.

BP is dropping in pricing structure and quality. You have to check ads and reviews regularly to find good deals. But most of these girls are clueless as to how to market and present themselves. I don't get why so many of them have more tattooing than some guys I've worked with. And I don't see how they are able to generate a profit given that their expenses are so high but prices are so low. But this is a reflection of the increasingly bifurcated nature of marketing. Those brands that are marketed as a luxury or near luxury are able to draw customers who are willing to pay a  
premium and discount brands that are marketed to price sensitive consumers.

Chastity was good and I saw her based on a good mini from Beefeater. And Cashmere/Treasure has good reviews too. But a lot of BP girls do ahve to step it up if they want to make it in this business.

One of the reason's you don't see many providers using this site is that BP and Eros are here and now sites. TER is good for double checking to see if the provider is worthwhile. I've had a bad experience that I would like to share with all of you from TER. One of my favorite providers had all of her reviews taken down after a colleague from work used my WiFi to review her. TER banned her and after I contacted them, all but accused me of being a fraud. I used to think that this site was the bible, but after finding some others, I've realized that TER is just a bunch of pompous snobs.
