Just curious bc ive never been to one but the pics on the asian agency website are all beautiful women yet i see 8 and 9s under the looks department. Are the pics not real? If not how far off are they face and body wise?

Looks is in the eye of the beholder, but to give 10s to everyone helps no one IMO. 10 is supposed to be one in a million, but I know I'm guilty of not following that rule to the letter. If you consider your average reasonable provider to be 7 (Attractive), then numbers are pretty accurate. I consider 8 to be really pretty and 9 to be DDG. I have given total of 3 10s and those are for ladies that I thought could have easily been top talents on TV or movies.  Most Asian girls from big agencies fall into 8 or 9 and I think they are comparable to 9 and 10s from non-Asian agencies and independents you see on these boards.  All IMO.

As far as accuracy of the pics, that depends on the agency. All the regional K-girl agencies use real photos 95% of the time. The photos are almost always blurred along the faces and somewhat photoshopped glamour shots, but they are not too far off.
