I know she's been running a whole ton of ads for well over a year, with changing names, which is a major red flag.  I noticed the first ad she ever ran because it had a shot of her on the street in Baltimore beside a distinctively-painted building about three blocks from my house at the time.  I know she's called herself "Taylor" and "Jewel" and at least one other name.  I was not pleased with some other pictures I saw that showed her to be fairly chunky and pretty extensively tattooed, so I pushed her off my list.  I would definitely avoid her, although I can't point you to anyone's negative reviews.
