I have heard that before but I have been a merchant with them for 14yrs and never had a issue, I've been accepting credit cards through them for 4yrs. I still believe that for a hobbyist, it's the easiest and safest way to send money. They have come along way since 2000.
I have used it many times and had no problems, I guess it depends on how the account is listed with them. If it is something they suspect there could be a problem. I'd give it a try and see how it works ... Good luck!!

Exactly! Too easy to reverse charges or say it was charged fradulently. Outside of eBay and the likes it's not a good idea unless you have a receipt of services rendered, lol.
If a girls needs dough in advance she needs to request western union or have a great level of trust for those that travel a long distance for a guy.
