I am moving to my new dream home on the beach, and need someone to manage my incalls in New Orleans, or pretty much have them. That means putting all these leases in your name, and I wash my hands of it, or you simply run them, get a free place to work, run the girls, hire new ones, do their screening etc. I will discuss my end in private.  

I have one in Kenner, one Uptown, and one on the Lake front. You can manage/run one, or all of them. I am about to retire this year, and really don't need the hassle of herding cats any more lol.  

It's not an easy job, as one might assume so be prepared to deal with some bs. I have 4 girls now that come with the package, and so far only one has given me a problem. The person managing these will need good business/marketing skills, and strict screening is a must. These areas are in prime locations, and you don't want just anyone using them. No drugs, thugs, or bs or you will get busted.
