  Yes, I just got back.  For working I would suggest the Avenue Plaza.  Easy parking and elevator goes right to floor. With my timeshare, one usually has to meet them downstairs somewhere. There is Harrahs and of course the expensive Marriots and Sheraton..That is across the street from my timeshare. Those are on Canal right by the quarter.
 So I might be going back in October.  I have to get a knee replacement surgery first. I assume you are not going in the summer.
I was wondering what hotels you like in Houston. I might make a tour next time...  Take care. Kalina

That is an excellent recommendation.  And, the summer is not that bad in New Orleans as long as you dress properly for the deep south.

Yes, I've come to NOLA many times and love it. I have been there early May when the humidity starts. I loved it in April, October and January. Hope to meet you when I get back!  Kalina
