Hey Everyone,

I'm thinking about Visiting/Touring Baton Rouge in the Middle of August, I'm looking forward to visiting & site seeing and just enjoying the city!!

Was wondering what if anyone had recommendations on where to stay and Great places to eat while I  visit!

XoXo

Seigen Lane or College Dr is pretty good.  The Lod Cook is on LSU's campus and is probably the safest crime wise but you may stand out at that hotel.  It's worth spending extra for a better hotel in a better area in BR.

Drury Inn, Hotel Indigo, or Renaissance are worth a look. The Doubletree and Holiday Inn on Constitution (off of College) have treated me right.  As far as eating, The Chimes, Maison Lacour, Tsunami, and Juban's are good places.

Lets try and keep a lower and smarter profile here by not calling out specific areas or hotels for ladies asking for info....Lets stay safe, for everyone's sake...

Cheers

Downtown BR, Corporate, and College seem to be the prime locations providers stay. Many low enders like Airline and Siegan because of the budget and lower suite hotels, but I would not go there.
