Available to host in Koreatown between 10am -11:30pm weekdays or until 2am weekends.

When not in Koreatown i'm available for last minute meets in Vermont Vista.

If you'd like to schedule a meeting outside of my usual hours I can accommodate a bit earlier or a bit later, but you must book in advance.

OUTCALLS:
For outcalls I can go to you at anytime and am available to travel anywhere within LA county and Orange county. If your location is more than a 30 minute uber ride from me I may charge an additional fee for the meeting depending on uber expenses.

TOURING AVAILABILITY:
I can travel anywhere in the US via train or flight, check my touring rates for details. Please reach out and send deposit a minimum of 1 week before you'd like to see me for a tour in your area.

I DO NOT share rooms with clients and I do not stay in clients homes while touring. If you want me to travel to you me booking my own room in my own name is a requirement, no exceptions.

EXTENDED MEETINGS/OVERNIGHTS/MULTI DAY MEETS:
I do not meet for longer than 7 hour time periods at once, no exceptions. If you'd like to see me for multi-day meets you can see me for a maximum of 7 hours per day, this includes touring. Please keep in mind that this is work and time off is needed.

RULES AND OTHER INFORMATION:
1. I do not provide bb services, no exceptions. Asking for bb even once is an
automatic blacklist from seeing me. Yes this includes bjs and cim. Do not ask.
2. My donations are as stated only, please do not ask for discounts.
3. Please have proper booking etiquette when contacting me. I do not respond to
one line messages such as "hi", or "where you at". Include a name, when you
would like to book me, and any questions you may have for me that are not
already answered on my ad.
4. If you're texting for same day meetings please keep in mind that I may not
always be available to answer your text immediately. Booking in advance is the
best way to ensure that i'll be available at the time you'd like to meet.
5. No drug use is allowed during meetings. This includes taking substances
right before we meet. I do not want to deal with people on hard substances.
6. I do allow weed, cigarettes, alcohol, shrooms but absolutely NO hard
substances.
7. DO NOT SEND ME EXPLICIT MESSAGES OR EXPLICIT PHOTOS. YOU WILL BE BLOCKED
IMMEDIATELY IF YOU DO!!!!
8. If you'd prefer incall somewhere other than my listed location I can
accomodate as long as you book at least 24 hours in advance with deposit.
9. I am my own agency - donations are for my time and companionship only. Any
physical contact that may occur will be between 2 consenting adults and
unrelated to any monetary transactions. By contacting me , you agree to this
contract and that you are at least 18 years of age.
10. A review discount of $20 will be given for any client who leaves a review at
the end of our session for any 30 minute or longer meeting. Reviews may be left
on my privatedelights profile. (search blairbeauchene on privatedelights to
find me there)
11. NO EXPLICIT REVIEWS IF YOU LEAVE AN EXPLICIT REVIEW YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM
SEEING ME AGAIN.
