Recently I see many such profiles. Someone (provider) just pops up in the seen and all of a sudden few reviews one after the other by different reviewers. The problem is all of them have just one review and that is the one from this new provider.... what are the chances???? I call this fake , what do you think. here is one such case..

Generally when you have the situation you describe the reviews numbers are higher than the ones listed here. Maybe the promoters are getting more sophisticated ?
...all done by the same person, all in the same month. There are mistakes that are common to all the reviews. They make the same grammar mistake when describing her attitude - "She 'have' a good attitude" instead of - "She has a good attitude." And in describing the "Atmosphere" they all say she is "very beautiful." Huh??? The 'atmosphere' is supposed to describe the place where the appointment happened, not the provider's appearance.
Either all of these guys were in the same ESL class or all the reviews were written by the same guy.
All fake. I have been seeing a ton of fake reviews lately. Must be getting desperate. It takes so much work lately to figure out whether a provider is worth it or real. Super annoying.
yes, I now always check the reviewers too. You can tell if its fake or real.

Here's another example - Sassy, TER ID 376488. 4 new reviews just popped up in November and her ad is not on a popular site. Every reviewer was a first timer with her.
