I can never get the TER Messenger to work with the "Chat with a Provider" tab. Is it just my funky Mac using Chrome on Private, or do the rest of you have the same problem?
or the mac, or the private setting, or one or more or all of the above. When using my windows laptop and IE, I get on all the time, but with my ipad, no can do.
Makes sense with iPad. I'm betting the TER Messenger is Flash based. It's funny though, the "Chat" tab works fine regardless of browser or privacy settings. It's just the TER Messenger window from "Chat with a Provider" that doesn't work. I was betting it was a IE vs. everything else problem.
