Yet today , the day after she returned to work, she already has a new review up. TER have improved their review submission , evaluation and posting turn around time but I doubt it's as fast as 24 hours. TER know when the review was submitted and they are final arbitrator. The fact that the reviewer has not reviewed since August 2011 and certain comments he made in his review caught my attention.
Rozel is a top tier KD with a large following who does not need to have fake reviews to get ahead.

Loyal fans. Irrespective of this one review being a 10/10 or 5/5 , with over 130 reviews her reputation is already established. This review will not matter one way or another as her return is eagerly anticipated , including by me , and she will be busy for sometime to come.
On the other hand you have someone who has not posted a review since August 2011 suddenly posting a review of a provider just 24hrs after she returns back to work. He may be legit but on the other hand it may not. TER have the facts to determine if it was submitted before or after noon on Saturday .
