One time I was rteally mad at a friend and my mom told me instead of confronting him over something that might end a great relationship and really wasn't worth it, to write a lettter airing my problemd, read it--then throw it away or if I was still pissed off, then give it to him. Thses days, the option would be to write an e mail, and decide on whether or not to push "SEND".
The other day I started a thread on being turned down for not writing all positive reviews, and as I wrote the post, I knew it would probably cost me with some bookers, but thought, what the heck, TER is for hobbyists not bookers, and pushed "POST MESSAGE."
Never did I expect the responses on the thread or especially the numerous PM's I have received. It has mostly been supportive and some "You sure are full of yourrself" and "Stop whining you bitch" messages, which made me laugh, because after all this is a forum with differing opinions, and I welcome them.
Look, I understand I have burned bridges, but that's okay, I've been doing this hobby thing a long time and maybe it's a sign to go in another direction, and I'm fine with that. Maybe I should look for a more monagamous (sp?) relationship--eesh, no!
Anyway, I have tried to answer all the PM's personally, and will continue to. Funny, but the people who called me a douche and egotistical blowhard don't have mailboxes, kind of curious...lol. I would even have answered them in a civil manner, really!
Guys---and girls-- I go through life laughing because I have had a couple of tragedies but have a great job and not many worries. If posting something about reviews costs me some sexy time but helps out people here on TER, I'm more than happy to take that trade off.
And if I write more reviews, they will still be honest, and if honesty hurts, well, it beats writing some phony review that costs a fellow hobbyist his hard earned money.
That is insane if you ask me. I think that you should of posted what happened. Just keep writing honest and real reviews. Honesty is the key.
I agree. The integrity of this website will be compromised if people stop being honest with their reviews out of fear.
Personally, I read all the reviews and come up with an average consensus before trying a provider out. Some people give lesser reviews because they had trouble with parking or the provider did not extend their time for free if that person was late. I discount those and really look at what the connection was between the two people.
All of this breaks down if we start giving false reviews.
Maybe you should try some other types of ladies. LA has many women of different cultures and backgrounds. Perfect place to try out the menu and try a little of this and a lil of that.
Yep, for my part I enjoyed your post a lot. I dig the asian girls too and am trying a new indie kgirl in ktown on friday. The bookers can be tiresome and I agree that LA has so much variety it's not worth getting hung up on one agency.

If not, what is this forum for? And what about self-respect? I could not consider pandering to the bookers, who, for the most part are pretty good at steering us to good providers. But they are only human and the providers cannot all be gems! Rock on TGuy!

don't worry too much. bookers and owners have short attention span. and new ones pop up all the time.
espeically in the kgirl industry. your blacklisting will be a short one. only ones that get blacklisted forever are the clients who rip the girl off by not paying or is abusive physcially to the girl. those guys are permanently blocked.
just have some patience and be persistent.
