I agree with you Ashley,

as an older guy, I'm not sure I could perform adequately every day, even for a quickie.  I would love to have great sex once a week, giving me time to recharge the battery.

most of my years as a hobbyist, I have done three or four sessions a week of one to two hours each.  However, when I have a provider as a real-life girlfriend, in order to accommodate her work schedule, its usually a whole day together once a week, with marathon sex.  

Quickie and once in a while a not so quickie with a better known one.

I would choose a quickie every day AND great sex once a week.

 
I am sorry, I can't imagine going six days every week without sex anymore than I can imagine only eating once a week, but I also can't imagine going without great sex every once in a while too, just like technically you could survive on fast food every day, but who would want to?
